Welcome to The Howls. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.thehowls.com, and any purchases you make from us. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

The Howls is operated by Sally Wu Designs, LLC, dba The Howls, a New York–based company.

We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical retail location.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws.

3. Products and Availability

We currently offer apparel and accessories for dogs and humans. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any item at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed through Shopify Payments. When you submit an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors in product or pricing information. If an order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded in full.

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation by contacting us at info@thehowls.us as soon as possible after placing your order. We aim to fulfill orders quickly—often within 1–2 business days or sooner—so once an order has been picked or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We process most orders within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take longer. Shipping timeframes and carrier options are provided at checkout.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached and in sale-ready condition. Certain items may be final sale.

To start a return, contact info@thehowls.us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and processed.

8. Pricing and Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotions or discount codes may have additional terms and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and design—is owned by or licensed to The Howls and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any site content without written permission.

10. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant The Howls a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our website, marketing, and social media.
User Content must be lawful, accurate, and non-infringing. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any submission.
